You can visit our office hours and ask the people there. If you have another idea for a service and want to test it: this is possible for every Selfnet member! Come by and learn a lot!
Schicke eine Mail an support@selfnet.de, vielleicht ist uns dein Anliegen oder Problem noch nicht bekannt. Ansonsten gilt: Entweder abwarten, bis sich jemand, der ehrenamtlich tätig ist, nebenbei studiert oder arbeitet und ein Privatleben hat, darum kümmert oder vorbeikommen und sich selbst darum kümmern ;)
Write an e-mail to support@selfnet.de, maybe we don't know about the problem yet. Or else: wait until one of the active Selfnetters fixes it, but remember: that guy has a job to do and a life (at least in most cases). If this isn't fast enough, come by and do it yourself ;)
